The Taiwan Phoenix Year in Review & Pitch Finale

The Taiwan Phoenix, Taiwan’s First Digital Health Accelerator, was launched to great fanfare in February of 2018.  With our first year rapidly coming to a close, now is a great opportunity to review the progress we have all made and give an update on what comes next.

Nearly sixty teams entered the program in March to participate in our Startup Bootcamp, and 26 of those teams progressed to Phase II of the program.

Taiwan Phoenix

Following the Business Plan Crash Course, the number of teams was narrowed down to the Final 15 at the May 2 Pitch Event, forming the Taiwan Phoenix’s first year cohort. Several of these teams accompanied Taiwan Phoenix Staff to Boston to participate in peer mentoring at Mass Challenge, “the most startup-friendly accelerator on the planet.” Continue reading →
